Noel Heat sink compound is a very good thermal conductive adhesive which is also known as Thermal grease/ Heat paste/ CPU paste/ Thermal compound/ Thermal paste all over in different markets. Heat sink compound is generally used to strengthen the bond between the heat sink and heating source.
The main function of Heat sink compound is to eliminate air gaps between the heat sink and heating source which acts as a thermal insulator from the interface area. Heat sink acts as an interface material with high thermal conductivity to fill the gaps of air to further improve the heat conductivity.
Noel® Heat sink compound is available in 7gm, 50gm, 100gm and 500gm packing.
